James Edward Miller, age 73, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2021, under hospice care in Holland, Ohio. Jim was born in Perrysburg, on July 22, 1948. Jim was raised in Rossford, and was a loving son to his parents, Jim and Dolly, and an ornery brother to his sisters, Marcia and Vickie.

Elmer V. Takats, age 92, from Rossford, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021. He was born on March 15, 1929, to Vincent and Katherine (Kish) Takats. Elmer was the second youngest of nine children, and he was the last of his siblings to pass away. He married Sylvia J.

Douglas A. Lee, 79, of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Doug was born on March 6, 1942, in Perrysburg, to Bertrue and Clara (Loomis) Lee. He was the 10th of 11 children. Doug proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and is a veteran of the Vietnam War.

IRENE MARIE (JACOBY) SPOHN

Irene M. Spohn, 86, of Rossford, Ohio, passed away at Fairfield Mercy Hospital on Friday, September 10, 2021, where she is now with her Lord and Savior. She was born in Tiffin, on April 10, 1935, to Roy Franklin and Verona (Jarvis) Jacoby. Irene married her sweetheart, Alvin O.

Irene Grod DeBrock, age 82, of Marietta, Georgia, passed on September 9, 2021. Mrs. DeBrock was born on September 23, 1938, in Rossford.

LOIS ANN “ANN” (MARTIN) KINDERVATER

Lois Ann “Ann” (Martin) Kindervater, 97, passed away on August 17, 2021, at Hospice House in Greenwood, South Carolina. She was born August 3, 1924, in Toledo, Ohio, to Wilbur F. and Flora Naomi (Potter) Martin. She married William “Bill” Kindervater in Toledo.

WENDELL CHARLES

Wendell Charles, 75, passed away July 10, at Heartland of Perrysburg Hospice. He was born December 18, 1945 in Kingsport, Tennessee, the son of Frank and Marie Charles.

JOSEPH “JOE” BIELECKI SR.

Joseph “Joe” Bielecki Sr., 82, of Rossford, passed away on July 23, 2021, at home with his wife, Jane, and loving family by his side, while fighting a terminal illness. He was born on July 23, 1939, in Jastkowice, Poland, where he proudly served in the Polish Army and worked on the railroad.
