Rossford American Legion’s annual golf scrambles Sept. 26

The Rossford American Legion Post 533 will host the 18th annual JJ Durco Memorial Golf Scrambles on Saturday, September 26, 8:30 a.m., at Green Meadows Country Club in Monroe, Michigan.The event is open to men, women and mixed foursomes.

Annual mud volleyball tournament returns for 15th year on Saturday, August 29

On June 30, the first day of the heat wave, 13 seniors from the Rossford Recreation Center, ranging from 71 to 90-years-old, braved the heat to attend a game between the Mud Hens and the visiting Iowa Cubs.

RHS bowlers receive honors

The Ohio Prep Sports Media Association recently announced its All-Ohio boys basketball team honors.Rossford High School student-athlete JJ Greer, sophomore, received allstate honorable mention.

NBC Girls Basketball All‐League

Two Rossford students have been selected for the Northern Buckeye Conference Girls Basketball All-League.Sophomore Alex Swartz was selected for the NBC 2nd Team center position.Junior Layla Nowak was named an NBC Honorable Mention.
