Douglas A. Lee, 79, of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Doug was born on March 6, 1942, in Perrysburg, to Bertrue and Clara (Loomis) Lee. He was the 10th of 11 children. Doug proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and is a veteran of the Vietnam War.

Irene M. Spohn, 86, of Rossford, Ohio, passed away at Fairfield Mercy Hospital on Friday, September 10, 2021, where she is now with her Lord and Savior. She was born in Tiffin, on April 10, 1935, to Roy Franklin and Verona (Jarvis) Jacoby. Irene married her sweetheart, Alvin O. Spohn, on June 27, 1953, in Toledo.

Lois Ann “Ann” (Martin) Kindervater, 97, passed away on August 17, 2021, at Hospice House in Greenwood, South Carolina. She was born August 3, 1924, in Toledo, Ohio, to Wilbur F. and Flora Naomi (Potter) Martin.

Wendell Charles, 75, passed away July 10, at Heartland of Perrysburg Hospice. He was born December 18, 1945 in Kingsport, Tennessee, the son of Frank and Marie Charles.

Joseph “Joe” Bielecki Sr., 82, of Rossford, passed away on July 23, 2021, at home with his wife, Jane, and loving family by his side, while fighting a terminal illness. He was born on July 23, 1939, in Jastkowice, Poland, where he proudly served in the Polish Army and worked on the railroad.

Carol L. Lorenzen, age 73, of Perrysburg, Ohio, transitioned to heaven on Friday, July 23, 2021, in her home surrounded by her family, close friends, her beloved dogs and her grandmother’s rosary in hand. She was born August 23, 1947, in Toledo, to Arthur and Lucy (Haas) Herman of Perrysburg.

Larry Lee Covert, 76, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on July 16, 2021. He was born on October 29, 1944, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Clarence and Modest (Cochenour) Covert. Larry graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1962. He obtained a B.S. in education from Bowling Green State University in 1967 and M.S. in management and rehabilitation from DePaul University in 1979. Larry married Faye (Greunke) Covert on August 20, 1966, in Elmore. They built a life together and raised their daughter, Jana, in Perrysburg.

Terry “Scheib” Richard Wagner Sr., 78, of Rossford, Ohio, died Thursday, July 8, 2021, at home surrounded by his family. Terry was born in Toledo on August 3, 1942, to Richard Earl and Avanell Josephine (Terry) Wagner.

Robert “Bob” Joseph Galernik, 72, of Rossford, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home Monday, July 5, 2021, surrounded by his close family. He was born in Toledo, on December 17, 1948, to Alice and Casimer Galernik. He was married to his love and soulmate, Linda Lee Zajac.
