Bulldogs bounce back with win over Fostoria Redmen, 42-14

Rossford returned to the win column with a decisive victory over their hosts, the Fostoria Redmen, 42-14 last Friday night. On a night when the offense racked up 311 total yards, the Bulldogs found plenty of yardage through the air as quarterback Alex Williams threw five touchdown passes.

David Bringman, the Northern Buckeye Conference commissioner, has announced the following honors for Rossford High School girls golf players. Sydney Doughten earned All League Second Team, and Haley Hogan was named All League Honorable Mention.

Penta Career Center, a career-technical educational facility for high school and adult students since 1965, is searching for successful individuals for its annual Outstanding Alumni awards. Since its inception in 1993, these awards have been presented to 168 Penta alumni.

Soccer teams hopeful about new seasons

Just a few years removed from a Northern Buckeye Conference championship, the Rossford High School boys varsity soccer team finds itself in a rebuilding year. Last year’s team finished third in the league and boasted a roster of just 12 players.
