Evelyn Bochaczenko, 66, of Perrysburg, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022, surrounded by her husband and sons. She was born in Toledo, on January 29, 1956, to David and Hallie Ann (Medley) Duncan.

Evelyn is survived by her loving husband, John; sons, Jason Garner (fiancé Matthew) and Brent; grandson, Drake, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Chris and Linda Lane. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Hallie Ann Duncan; brother, Gary; sisters, Gladys and Nancy; parents-in-law, Edward and Rose Bochaczenko, and brothers-in-law, Mike Bochaczenko and Bob Dittman.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, May 21, at 3 p.m., at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #2322, 658 Lime City Road, Rossford. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, Rossford.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Evelyn’s name.
