Rossford Police make arrest in car theft outbreak

From August 28 to September 10, the Rossford Police Department took reports from 19 residents who had property stolen from their vehicles during the early morning hours. The thefts occurred on Windsor, Vineyard, Maybar, Colony Road, Indian Ridge Trail, Hillview and Santus.
