Rossford to hold shredding event

The City of Rossford will host a community shredding event on Saturday, April 18, from 9 a.m. until noon. This is a free event for Rossford residents only, and will be held in the municipal building parking lot, 133 Osborn Street.

Rossford Business Association adopts new name: The Rossford Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc.

Directors of the Rossford Business Association (RBA) voted on March 31 to adopt a new name—the Rossford Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc.—reflecting its continuing mission to promote businesses in the Rossford area and the welfare of the community.

LCRTA to hold luncheon on Thursday, April 16

The Lucas County Retired Teachers Association will hold a luncheon on Thursday, April 16, from noon to 2:30 p.m., at Stone Oak Country Club, 100 Stone Oak Boulevard, Holland.Guest speaker will be Erin Thompson from the Social Security Administration.

Wood County Chocolate Crawl set for April 11

United Way of Greater Toledo will hold the Wood County Chocolate Crawl on Saturday, April 11, from 2 to 5 p.m., in downtown Bowling Green. Tickets are $20.Participants can enjoy sweet treats, discover local businesses and experience the community that makes Wood County special.
