Rossford native serves with the next generation of U.S. Navy recruiters

Petty Officer 2nd Class Lucy Hoskins, a native of Rossford, is serving in the U.S. Navy assigned to Navy Recruiting Orientation Unit (NORU) with the next generation of U.S. Navy Recruiters.Hoskins is a 2020 graduate of Rossford High School. Hoskins joined the Navy five years ago.

Summer Car Fit event slated

Middleton Township trustees and Safe Communities will host a summer car fit event on Wednesday, June 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 21745 State Route 25, Bowling Green.There will be food, education and car fit checks. Register at car-fit.org/ events/11456.

Democratic club holds annual potluck picnic
