The Bulldog Foundation will hold its seventh annual golf outing on Monday, September 23, at Belmont Country Club, 29601 Bates Road, Perrysburg.Cost is $125 per person and includes lunch, golf, carts and prizes for winners.

American Legion golf scrambles set for July 20

The Rossford American Legion Post 533 will host its golf scrambles on Saturday, July 20, at 8:30 a.m., at Green Meadows Country Club in Monroe, Michigan.Cash prizes will be awarded to the two teams with the lowest scores, and to men and women for long drives and closest to the pin.

RHS softball team golf fund-raiser set for Aug. 3

The Lady Bulldogs softball team’s 22nd annual golf outing will be held at Chippewa Golf Course, 23550 State Route 579, Curtice, on Saturday, August 3. Start time is 8 a.m.The entry fee is $80 per golfer and includes golf, skin, cart and dinner.

Ron Reitzel was recently named Henry County’s “Bowler of the Year” based on his superior bowling performance in his Henry County bowling league at River City Bowl-A-Way in Napoleon.He received an award plaque from the Henry County Bowling Commissioner Dave Kiessling on July 1.
