The Bulldog Foundation will hold its eighth annual golf outing on Monday, September 22, at Belmont Country Club, 29601 Bates Road, Perrysburg.Cost is $125 per person and includes lunch, golf, carts and prizes for winners.

The Freedom Township Men’s Club celebrated their 35th anniversary on May 28 at the American Legion Hall, Post 454, at Ridgeville Corners, Ohio. Founded in 1987 by a few communityminded individuals, its Sports Night Event drew a crowd of over 400 people this year.

Rossford High School’s Bennett Murtha broke the school record of total digs in volleyball.Earlier this year, she broke the school record of 905 digs held since 2014 by Maggie Leahy. This week, Bennett recorded her 1,000th dig.
