Molly Ann Jakubec, age 91, of Rossford, passed away on March 31, 2025, following a sudden illness while visiting her daughter in Florida. She was born on October 11, 1933, in Rossford, to Frank J. and Amelia (Hutchek) Vavrik.

Joanne T. (DuBry) Kowalski, age 89, of Perrysburg, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. The daughter of Earl and Clara (Dressel) DuBry, she was born July 6, 1935, in Monroe, Michigan.

REBECCA MERRIAM (ROPPE) SZOZDA

May 8,1952 to February 13, 2025Becky Szozda, 72, passed away on Thursday, February 13,2025.Becky was a 1970 graduate of Whitmer High School and a 1973 graduate of the Toledo Hospital School of Nursing. Becky worked 38 years for ProMedica, northwest Ohio’s largest health care provider.

David Garrett Kemp

David Garrett Kemp, M.D., F.A.C.P., Captain, Medical Corps, U.S. Navy Ret., age 83, of Gloucester, Virginia, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025. Dr. Kemp was born on February 21, 1941, in Toledo, to the late Donald and Blanche Gruber Kemp.He was a 1958 graduate of Rossford High School.

Eva Toth, 91, of Rossford, passed away on February 1, 2025. Eva was bom in Budapest, Hungary, on March 17, 1933. She met her husband, Julius, in Budapest, in a dance hall. She worked in Budapest at Magyar Optical Camera Research Center.
