Kevin Charles Leck, 66, of Toledo, passed away on January 2, 2024. Kevin was a proud individual who deeply loved his family and his hometown—“Strong for Toledo” was the family motto. He had a passion for local sports and enjoyed attending games with his family whenever possible.

Kevin is survived by his loving sons, Marcus (Paige and Anthony) and Aaron (Dana), as well as his brothers, Ron (Judi) and Gordie (Carol). He also leaves behind his cherished granddaughter, Dorothy; nieces, Andrea (Mark), Renee, Vivienne and Charlotte, and nephews, Brandon (Golda), Steve, St. John (Heather), Sebastian, Will, Kayden and Sammy. Kevin also leaves behind many loved cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman, and mother, Dorothy, along with several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service to honor Kevin’s life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 11 a.m., at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 106 West Plumer Street, Toledo. An alternative celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 4, at Middlegrounds Metropark, 111 Ottawa Street, Toledo, in the Rotary Roundhouse from noon to 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to WGTE Public Media or the Cherry Street Mission in Toledo.

Kevin will be remembered for his love of family and his hometown. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
