May 31, 1960 - October 29, 2025

Todd Soviar, 65, of Rossford, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025. Bom in Toledo on May 31, 1960, Todd was the beloved son of Edward and Dolores (Leu) Soviar. He graduated from Rossford High School and began his career as a machinist, eventually founding and running T & S Machine in Perrysburg for four decades— a testament to his dedication and hard work.

In 1992, Todd married Molly (Thostenson), and together they raised two sons. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, cheering on the Chicago Bears and spending time with his golden retrievers— Alex, Gunther, Sawyer and, most recently, Finn. Being home with his family in what he referred to as “Rossford, America” was how he preferred to spend his time.

Todd was known for his easygoing nature, quick wit and loyalty to those around him. He was the kind of person who showed up when it mattered and never hesitated to lend a hand.

He is survived by his wife, Molly; sons, Dakota (Anne-Marie) and Wyatt (Morgan); brothers, Steve (Winnie) and Dan (Chris); sister, Kim (Rick); many nieces and nephews, and his dog, Finn. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Todd’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew him—a man who gave generously, loved deeply and lived fully.

A celebration of his life will occur at a later date. Condolences may be made to the family with Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, Rossford, at walkerfuneralhomes .com.
