The Perrysburg Police Division is participating in this year’s Toys For Tots donation drive for the third year in a row. Through December 5, residents can drop off new, unwrapped toys in the box located inside the Police Division at 330 Walnut Street.

Christmas tree ship

On Saturday, December 2, from 1 to 4 p.m., the National Museum of the Great Lakes, 1701 Front Street, Toledo, in partnership with Geo. Gradel Company, invites individuals to join a holiday tradition by welcoming back the “Christmas Tree Ship.” Due to the generosity of The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC), museum admission will be free for all.

Beeker’s General Store celebrates holidays

Beeker’s General Store, one of Ohio’s oldest general stores located in downtown Pemberville, puts a lot of thought and effort into their window displays and holiday decor throughout their brick and mortar store which dates back 146 years. Owner and designer Todd Sheets and Michele Poturalski have been the lead decorators the last 28 years.

Christmas at the Cabin

The Museum of Fulton County will host Christmas at the Cabin, at the Fulton County Fairgrounds, Friday, December 8 and Saturday, December 9. Families can enjoy hands-on activities, holiday treats, meet Santa and more. Event hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday and 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday. Reservations are not required and admission is $15 per car.

Walk-in COVID vaccine clinics set at health dept.

Wood County Health Department is offering the updated 2023-24 COVID-19 vaccine for eligible individuals ages six months and older. This vaccine is expected to provide better protection against variants that are currently making people sick.
