Rossford Police Dept. charges four with felonious assault

On February 28, at approximately 6:22 p.m., officers from the Rossford Police Department (RPD) responded to the 27000 block of Crossroads Parkway due to a report that multiple suspects had assaulted an individual and then fled the scene.
