In observance of Independence Day, the following offices and businesses will be closed on Thursday, July 4, unless noted otherwise.

Messenger office is donation site for Hannah’s Socks

Welch Publishing Company, 130 Louisiana Avenue, Perrysburg, is a collection site for Hannah’s Socks. Donations are accepted Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
