    A property on Carolina Drive has been declared a nuisance by the Perrysburg Township trustees.

    At the June 19 meeting, zoning inspector J.D. Justus explained that 10510/10512 Carolina Drive has been overgrown with grass and vegetation, and attempts to contact the property owner have been futile.
