    On March 4, the allfemale boy scout troop 9197 held the Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Grace Eckel, the first female Eagle Scout recipient in Rossford history. Eagle Scout is the highest achievement or rank attainable in the Scouts program of the Boy Scouts of America. Since its inception in 1911, more than 2.5 million youths have earned this rank, which is only four percent of Scouts. ...
