TARTA recently congratulated retired driver Don Glaza, who served 45 years as a driver and earned the Milestone Award from the Ohio Public Transit Association at their convention in Columbus on October 4.

Mr. Glaza drove a bus for the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority nearly as long as there has been a TARTA, having spent the first of his 45 years behind the wheel in 1976. He retired in April.
