Among the 24 new staff members at Penta Career Center this fall are, from left: Payton Keller, cosmetology instructor; Hannah Bushong, intervention specialist; Kristine Seibert, instructor of sophomore exploratory health services; Brad Rhegness, instructional aide in culinary arts; Regan Findling and Jenny Asmar, social workers; Jodi Farschman, English instructor; Brant Baker, adult education coordinator; Johnny Garcia, English instructor; and Melissa Smith, science instructor.
Along with educating teens for future occupations, Penta Career Center’s mission also focuses on adult education. At the September 7 board of education meeting, Penta Director Ryan Lee explained that school administrators are working to boost low enrollment in six adult programs.
