On August 17, a Rossford resident was indicted by a Wood County grand jury. Jason McMillion, 44, of 136 Hillsdale Avenue, was indicted on one count each of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.

According to court records, the incident allegedly occurred July 22 at Knights Inn on Buck Road.

If convicted on both charges, he faces up to one year in prison and fines of $3,500. His case been assigned to Common Pleas Judge Molly Mack.
