Tim Drill, a volunteer at the Fort Meigs historic 1812 battlefield and museum, is leading the efforts to plant new landscaping.
High school volunteers are hard at work on the new Aurora Project Community Garden.
Country Garden Club of Perrysburg members have chosen 11 community projects to fund in 2022.
“Projects funded range from $750 to $7,000 with nearly $35,000 in total funding provided,” said Nancy Lehmann, club president.
The projects being funded are:
•Plant labels for the conifer garden on Hannum Avenue, Rossford;
•The Aurora Project community garden;
•Boardwalk replacement at the W.W. Knight Preserve;
