The Toledo Craftsman’s Guild annual “Spring Festival of Crafts,” will be held Saturday, March 12, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, March 13, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will be held at a new location, Premier Banquet Hall on Heatherdowns, across from the Stranahan Theatre.
