Rossford water and sewer customers will see an increase in their bills beginning next month.

At a December 9 meeting, the Northwestern Water and Sewer District board of trustees approved a 2.2 percent jump in water rates and 1.8 percent rise in sewer rates.

“That’s a $1.76 increase for water/sewer for 1,000 cubic feet of usage,” said Theresa Pollick, spokesperson for the district.
