A Rossford resident was indicted by a Wood County grand jury on November 17.
Wayne L. Ellis, 49, of Buck Road, was indicted on one count domestic violence, a felony of the fourth degree. The charge stems from an incident that allegedly occurred October 19 and involved a family member.
According to court records, Mr. Ellis has a prior conviction on July 29 in Perrysburg Municipal Court.
