One of the two new buildings being constructed on Glenwood Road, near Mandell Road, will house a UPS fulfillment center.

Mayor Neil MacKinnon III said the new business should employ between 300 and 500 workers.

City officials are conducting a traffic study to determine the infrastructure needs, but the entrance and exit to the 43-acre industrial park will be off Glenwood, he said.
