The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is warning consumers to be aware of calls from Amazon. Scammers are sending out millions of messages that appear to come from Amazon. They may claim someone has made a major purchase, that they need to get into your computer to fix a software problem, or tell you there is a problem with your Amazon account or credit card.
