The Rossford Public Library is now a site for American flags that need to be retired.

The box, pictured above, was constructed by Nolan Kieper, 17, a student at Penta Career Center in the information technology program.

He chose this as his Eagle Scout project.

The box is currently on the library’s front porch but will be moved to the rear vestibule in the coming weeks.
