Rossford Schools is looking to add to their substitute help.

In the past few years, fewer substitutes have stepped up to fill in when someone is sick or unavailable, according to district officials.

Bus drivers, cleaners, cooks, crossing guards and teachers are all needed for the new school year.

The substitute pay rates per hour are:

Secretary: $12.50

Cleaner: $12.50

Food service: $10.50

Library/clinic aide: $10.50

Playground/cafeteria aide: $10.50

Paraprofessional/special needs aide: $12.50

Bus driver: $20

Field trips: $14

Mechanic: $17

Driver/courier: $12.50

Seasonal help: $12.50

Teaching sub: $115 per day.
