In a brief meeting July 12, the Perrysburg Township zoning commission recommended approval of a zoning change east of Starbright subdivision on State Route 795.

David G. Childers of Drake Building Company requested to rezone four parcels from R-1 rural residential low density to R-3 suburban residential medium density.

Comprising 41 acres, the parcels are located between Route 795 and Ayers Road.
