A John Deere construction equipment dealership and service center will be the newest addition to the Crossroads area.

At a June 23 meeting, the Rossford Planning Commission recommended a zoning change for 12.19 acres on the northwest corner of Crossroads Parkway and Bass Pro Boulevard.

The parcel will change from PC planned commercial to PI planned industrial.
