Anyone strolling the street last week in downtown Rossford might have noticed the historic artwork added to the sidewalks around the Edward Ford Memorial Park.

A permanent sidewalk mural is in progress in front of the park. Local artist and muralist Caroline Jardine, a Rossford native, is creating the sidewalk art.

“Dozens of sidewalk squares will depict highlights of our city’s great history,” said Beth Genson, director of the Rossford Convention and Visitors Bureau, which organizes the Wednesday evening Stroll the Street events.
