A Rossford resident was indicted by a Wood County grand jury on April 7.

Stephen P. Coker Jr., 59, of Eagle Point Road, was indicted on three counts of rape, felonies of the first degree.

According to court record, the alleged incidents occurred in January and April 2019 and June 2020.

If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 33 years in prison and fines of $$60,000.
