Abby Price of Rossford uses a computer at the library. Patrons are now permitted to be in the building for as long as an hour, allowing for more computer time.
The “little purple box” above is the location for library patrons to pick up items when they don’t want to come into the building.
At right, Kirah Morrison, circulation clerk, arranges some items in the quarantine room. All library materials are quarantined for 96 hours before they may be checked out again.
The Rossford Public Library has been open for uninterrupted service to the community since mid-June of last year, but at a recent meeting of the library board of trustees, the safety protocols put in place last summer were modified.
