Cleveland Celtic Ensemble to perform at Owens, Oct. 3

On Thursday, October 3, at 7:30 p.m., the Music Business Technology students from Owens Community College will present the opening concert of the 9th annual Accent on the Arts concert series, featuring the Cleveland Celtic Ensemble. Guests may also join for a free workshop at 3:30 p.m.

Perrysburg Township trustees approve plan for implementing countywide 9-1-1 system

At the recommendation of Trustee Gary Britten, the Perrysburg Township trustees voted unanimously to support Wood County’s final plan for implementing and operating a countywide 9-1-1 system.“I think this is what we need to support,” Britten said at the September 18 meeting.

Hundreds of vehicles on display at Penta ‘Cruise-In’ car show

On September 25, Penta Career Center hosted its 13th Cruise-In car show at the Perrysburg Township campus.More than 400 classic and vintage vehicles were on display including cars, trucks and motorcycles.
