Wood County Health Dept. releases annual report

Wood County Health Department has released its 2025 annual report, offering a comprehensive look at the agency’s work to expand access, strengthen community partnership and protect the health of Wood County residents.

WCRWC offering multiple scholarships

The Wood County Republican Women’s Club (WCRWC) is now accepting applications for multiple scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,000 to femalepreferred high school seniors who live in Wood County and plan to attend college in 2026.

Central Catholic posts honor roll

The following Rossford residents were named to the honor roll for the third quarter at Central Catholic High School.Samantha Reagan received summa cum laude honors. This recognition is given to students with a grade point average of 3.9 or higher.Sophia Swanson received magna cum laude honors.

The New Toledo Toy Show is back on Saturday, April 18, at the TOCA Soccer & Sports Center, 10020 South Compass Drive.Admission is $5 per person, and children 12 and under enter free. Early-bird entry is available from 7:30 to 9 a.m. for $10.
