Pemberville will hold its Harvest Gathering on Saturday, October 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in downtown Pemberville.The Pemberville-Independent Merchants Association will host the annual Artisan Craft Show and Gift Boutique.

Artists 4 Animals 9 exhibits kindergarten through adult art

Bowling Green Arts Council is proud to announce Artists 4 Animals 9, an animal-themed juried art show from October 17 through November 7, at Art-Space, 178 South Main St. (rear alley) in Bowling Green. The gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.

OSHP investigates crash involving wrong-way driver

The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) is investigating an injury crash involving a commercial vehicle and a sport utility vehicle. The crash occurred on October 19, at approximately 2:46 a.m., on northbound Interstate 75, near milepost 198, in Northwood.

Rossford Eagles Auxiliary to hold annual holiday craft show

Rossford Eagles Ladies Auxiliary 2322 will hold their annual holiday craft show on Saturday, November 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 658 Lime City Road.More than 30 tables of handmade crafts and gifts will be available along with a vendor raffle and 50/50 drawing.

Intergenerational Halloween-style fashion show set for October 31

The Fringe, a fall Halloween style show, featuring intergenerational fashion is set for Friday, October 31, from 2 to 3:30 p.m., at the Wood County Senior Center.Organizers from the Wood County Committee on Aging will highlight formal, evening and casual wear.

Northwood VFW plans weekly fish fry Fridays and Sunday breakfasts

Northwood VFW 2984 will host fish fry Fridays every Friday beginning October 24, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The VFW also offers steak, shrimp and chicken. Meals are dine in or carryout.Sunday breakfasts are offered each Sunday, beginning October 19, from 8 to 11:30 a.m.

Compassion Art Show empowers death row inmates to make a positive impact

Compassion is hosting an art exhibition through October 30 at Lourdes University, Russel J. Ebeid Hall, 6832 Convent Boulevard, Sylvania. Prisoners on death row across America submit their artwork to Compassion, which is offered for sale to fund scholarships for family members of murder victims.
