A Twelve-spotted Skimmer dragonfly is this week’s star of the series photographed by Rossford resident Bill Heban.

He captured this image at W.W. Knight Nature Preserve.

“The Twelve-spotted is a striking species within the dragonfly group, showing off its spotted wings both at rest and in flight,” he explained.
