The Perrysburg Township zoning commission approved a zoning change for a nonconforming parcel.

At the April 12 meeting, the commission recommended rezoning two parcels on Hufford Road from R-3 suburban residential district to R-5 multiple family residential.

Located between Avenue and East River roads, the 2.2-acre property features a 16-unit apartment building.
