During the regular Perrysburg Township Board of Trustees meeting on April 2, trustees approved hiring parttime firefighter Jacob Rands as a full-time member of the department. Rands will start on April 21 at an hourly rate of $28.38. Rands’ swearing in ceremony was conducted immediately after the board approved his employment, with Fire Chief Tom Brice administering the oath of office.
