At its regular meeting on August 5, the Perrysburg Township Board of Trustees adopted a resolution creating a tax increment financing (TIF) district for approximately 36 acres on the west side of Lime City Road, north of S.R. 795 and south of Mandell Road, under development by Redwood Apartment Neighborhoods.
