On August 2, a Wood County grand jury indicted a Rossford resident.
Michael J. Roe, 51, 519 Indian Ridge Trail, was indicted on two counts of rape, felonies of the first degree, stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred between October 1 and 31, 2017 and May 1 to 31, 2021.
If convicted on both counts, he faces up to 22 years in prison and fines of $40,000.
