Rossford Eagles’ sister Ruby Johanssen receives award for dedication and service

In 1952, Alta Browning Smith was appointed as the first Grand Madame President of the Grand Auxiliary. To honor her accomplishment and dedication, the auxiliary created the Alta Browning Smith award to be presented in perpetuity to one auxiliary sister in the state each year.
