    The council approved the mayor’s appointment of Daryl Igo as superintendent of the public works department during their meeting on February 24 .

    “I’m excited about Daryl,” said Mayor Neil MacKinnon III. “I’ve known him for a very long time. He’s a great leader, and he’s going to lead probably the best public works department in the state.”
