Rossford voters will cast their ballots in the November 2 election at a new polling place–the Rossford Community Recreation Center.

“The polling location for Rossford City is no longer at St. George banquet hall,” said Terry Burton, director of the Wood County Board of Elections. “The church indicated that it was selling the banquet hall and could no longer commit to hosting voting.”

After discussions with city officials and looking at multiple options both public and private, Mr. Burton said the Board of Elections decided that the gym at the recreation center offered the best space for voting.

All voters in the five Rossford City precincts will vote at the recreation center, 400 Dixie Highway.
