The Fraternal Order of Eagles is a philanthropic group dedicated to helping and giving back to the community. On May 22, the Rossford Aerie gave $37,000 to these local charities: Rossford beautification committee, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, United Methodist Church food bank, Perrysburg Township and Rossford Police Departments, Perrysburg Township and Rossford Fire Departments, Rossford EMS, Rossford Senior Center, McGregor Elementary School, East Broadway Elementary School, Walbridge Police Department, Walbridge Lake TWP Fire and EMS, Wood County Special Olympics, Ohio Living Hospice, Cocoon Shelter and Sunshine Communities.
