Rossford Police Officer Brandon Lewis was recognized by city council for his recent assistance of a resident who is a military veteran.

Police Chief Todd Kitzler explained to council that the patrolman has been assisting the veteran who was “struggling with his medication and cell phone provider.”

Officer Lewis contacted the local Veterans Administration office to secure benefits for him.
