The Rossford Public Library recognized Obie Brant for recently completing the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten initiative.

Obie is the 56th child to reach this achievement at the library and joins his brother in this distinction.

He chose a Wild Kratts book about sharks as his final prize and received a book plate commemorating the occasion to place inside the cover.
