The Maumee Summer Fair celebrates its 44th year on Friday, August 13 and Saturday, August 14.
The fair will take place in Uptown Maumee on Dudley and Wayne streets.
On Friday night, uptown will host the Taste of Maumee, featuring 11 restaurants.
The public can enjoy a variety of cuisine from pizza, Mexican food, ice cream and barbecue, to wings, burgers and more.
The night also will feature a kids fun zone with plenty of games and inflatables for the young at heart, while the 21-and-over crowd will enjoy the music and festivities inside the parking lot party.
On Saturday, the Summer Fair parade will start at 9 a.m. on Conant Street.
After the parade, there will be more than 130 artists, crafters and commercial booths lining the streets.
The vendors will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Other activities planned lenty are of a space. Classic Car Show hosted by the NW Ohio Street Machiners, the Right Direction Bike Demo Team with performances at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., a kids fun zone with inflatables and Romick Railway train ride.
The Taste of Maumee will be open from 10 a.m. to and 11 p.m. on Saturday.
Summer Fair Lot Party will transition to a 21-and over crowd inside the fenced beer area from 5 p.m. to midnight, with two acts to close out the fair.
