Thirteen films will comprise the 12th annual CommUNITY Film Festival, a partnership of the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities and FilmToledo.

The free event is open to everyone, from 1 to 5 p.m., Sunday, August 16 at the Maumee Indoor Theater.
